Criteria and Qualifications…
The client/applicant must utilize the services of a licensed RE/MAX Excellence Realty Associate in conjunction with one of the Excellence Strategic Alliance lenders and the Advantage Strategic Alliance title companies identified in the Contacts section.
Closing must be scheduled at least 30 calendar days from the date of seller acceptance of the contract.
Loan application with one of the Excellence Strategic Alliance Partners must be completed within five (5) business days from the date of contract ratification and with a loan officer who is affiliated with a participating and approved Excellence Strategic Alliance lender identified in this brochure.
All required documentation for loan approval must be submitted by the client/applicant to the loan officer with five (5) business days from the loan application date.
The guarantee is subject to the language and conditions disclosed in the lender’s loan commitment letter to the client/applicant.
No material change may be created or exist in the financial condition of the client/applicant from the date of loan application to the settlement date, and client/applicant shall take whatever steps necessary in order not to alter their financial condition.
No material change may be created or exist regarding the original contract of sales including but not limited to default by either party identified in the original contract of sale.
Any violation of this criteria outlined above shall render the guarantee null and void and of no effect.
