Emcee provided an exceptional experience for the two of us, who had never been to the DC/Maryland area. We were thrilled that he was even willing to meet with us on Labor Day weekend! He truly went above and beyond to show us a variety of homes that would fit our needs, taking the entire day to show us our potential neighborhoods. Emcee was patient and walked us through exactly how much we would need to pay, what would be required for an application, and what our chances were of attaining each house. Emcee expertly arranged each visit, and truly made us feel taken care of so that we could focus solely on deciding which house was right for us. His professional communication, organization and kindness truly put us at ease, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy in this area!
